pnl: Achieving Success? And confirm ...

Personal Mental Coach: Livio Sgarbi

E ' more difficult to make or confirm this?
A word from our Mental Coach: Livio Sgarbi.

Achieving success is difficult to confirm but it is even more!

So many times I've heard from the samples that the most difficult task for an athlete and not only not achieve 'success, but the area able to confirm day after day. This situation happens in sports but in life every day.

Often who seeks to reach the top, a bottom with the result and its inner strength who has nothing to lose. Who takes off with a privileged position as it were, to be "already here", but must struggle to confirm their status.

It often has more to lose than to gain. If we look at everything from the perspective of the Mental Coaching , there are two different types of work to do. One way to succeed el 'else to confirm. One of the techniques that I use is to mentally prepare myself to achieve my goal.

The secret is in the handling of the same but once the 'I have achieved. To describe this metaphor one step that can help us understand. If I did this would be like teaching a person to reach the summit of a mountain without explaining how to do then to descend.

One thing that I apply every time you work with someone with the 'goal of achieving a big goal and a great achievement is to make us reflect on the consequences of "negative" so to speak, once reached. It seems strange that we must take precautions on an accomplishment but it's true! It makes sense to prepare

also the negative consequences of 'achievements and success. What are these consequences? Here are a few. Joy, change of motivation, the resposabilita ' and expectations. But above all
's break form.

A concrete example? Francesca Schiavone after the great victory in Paris, found itself with some unexpected setbacks and unexpected was his own victory. This shows with great clarity that confirm that the "number one" can be very difficult. Few

they succeed but that has nothing to do with talent, in this case tennis. I never thought of?

To your success, and a confirmation of it!
